Harry Potter Ending
Here’s how it ends: words stop appearing on the pages.
My daughter called a radio talk show, Bookmarks with Terry Hutchinson (a St. George attorney), and gave her opinion on how the series would end – and she won a free copy!
We’ll go to B. Dalton’s after midnight tonight to pick it up.
Be careful reading comments to this post: I worry some well-intentioned liberal will tell us the ending – believing that people should get the reward without the work.
And, no, it’s not funny to say that I need to be told the ending because Republicans can’t read.

Here's the ending.
Harry Potter reveals himself as the Anti-Christ. The End.
I read a news article that was kind enough to reveal the last sentence of the book, including which character was speaking. They should have put a warning that they would be including spoilers. (Yes, more than one spoiler in the article)
Not cool.

Sorry had to self-censor that last one :-)
Steve,
Your comment about liberals revealing the ending was very offensive. If you have any question about where the rancor of partisanship resides you need look no further than a mirror. It is exactly those casual off-hand remarks that reveal true inner prejudice.
6:07,
I'll assume that's a joke. If not, man I hope we never meet.
Because I have no self-control, I read the last sentence before I started the book. (The author has had so much to say over the years about what the last word of the last book would be . . .)
I still thoroughly enjoyed reading the book, but a newspaper publishing that sentence in inexcusable.
liberals only read books for grownups...
Anonymous #1,
It was a joke, and a funny one, I might add! To paraphrase you about you:
"If you have any question about where [a lack of humor] resides you need look no further than a mirror."
Disclaimer: I apologize from the bottom of my heart if you were attempting satire, and if so, I'll paraphrase you about me:
"If you have any question about where the [inability to recognize satire] resides you need look no further than a mirror."
A liberal may reveal the ending (yeah, whatever) but a Republican would try to pass a law about it.
:)
JM,
Don't be so modest. This is an area where the two parties can work together to accomplish clear idiocy, as in the Digital Millenium Copyright Act.
